Guides

Guides can be customised to offer clear, contextual information right where your team need it. Whether you're onboarding new team members or outlining best practises, Guides make it easy to ensure everyone is aligned from the start.

Guides can be designed to help your team understand the purpose and functionality of different sections within your spaces.

You can create multiple guides at space or section level.

To enable guides

  1. Select configure from the top right hand corner.
  2. To enable guides at Space level, select the toggle next to Enable guides.
  3. To enable guides at Section level, select the cog icon next to the section.
  4. Select the toggle next to Enable guides.

To configure guides

  1. Select the cog icon next to Enable guides.
  2. Select + Add guide.
  3. Select the cog icon next to your new guide:
    1. Give your guide a title.
    2. Add information to your guide that will support your team.
    3. Use rich text formatting to bring your guide to life.
  4. You can also define the width of the Guide pop-out by changing the width pixels (px) underneath the Width header at the bottom of the Guides configuration pane. 

When you create multiple guides for a space or section, you will see a drop down option which lists your Guides. You can reorder the list your guides appear in within the configure area, by selecting and dragging the guides above or below one another.
