How to create your organisation

Now you've created your organisation colleagues can join you to view and collaborate with you on projects.

(Only users with admin permissions for your organisation can perform this task)

In this section you’ll learn how to create your organisation page, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create your organisation’s profile by clicking the ‘Organisation’ button on the left-hand navigation column.

  2. Once on the organisation page click the button at the top titled ‘+ Create Organisation’. This will then create a blank organisation page.

  3. Click on your new black organisation profile to open it.

  4. Click the ‘Configure’ button in the header, which will bring up the configuration panel from the right-hand side.

There are 3 sections you’ll now need to complete titled ‘Organisation Details’, ‘Appearance’ and ‘Shortcuts’.

 

Organisation Details:

In this section titled ‘Organisation Details’ you’ll be able to edit the Name, About (you can write a short organisation Bio here), Enable/Disable Mission Statement and add Contact Information.

Once you’ve completed filling in this section, you’ll see another section titled ‘Appearance’.

 

Appearance:

To alter the appearance of your organisation, click the + button to be able to upload an Avatar image (in this case your organisations logo) by clicking the ‘x’ on the image and clicking the upload icon in the centre.

You’ll also be able to upload your organisation banner by clicking the ‘x’ on the banner image and clicking the upload icon in the centre. You can resize the banner by slide the ‘scale’ button up and down.
