Legend

A key or legend is essential for effective communication, enabling the stakeholders to decode and understand the visual information presented in collaborative work.

To configure the Legend on a page:

  1. Select Configure in the top right hand corner of the Board.
  2. Select Pages.
  3. Select the Cog icon next to the page you would like to enable the Legend on.
  4. Select the toggle next to Legend to enable it on the page. (Blue is on, grey is off).

  5. Select + Add Legend to add to the Legend items.
  6. Here you can rename and colour code your Legend items.
  7. To delete a Legend item, select the bin icon next next to it. 

Now you have configured your Legend, you can assign the items to the cards on the page.

To assign the Legend items to a card:

  1. Select the card you want to assign the Legend item to.
  2. Select Configure in the top right hand corner.
  3. Select Appearance.
  4.  Select the toggle next to Background (Blue is on, grey is off).
  5. You can now select the Legend item to assign to the card next to Card background.
