Correctly setting Team member permissions on your board is essential for maintaining a secure, efficient, and productive working environment.
Only Board Admin users can perform this task.
To set Team member permissions:

Open the Team configuration options by selecting the profile pictures of Team members at the top of the Board.

Select Members to expand this section.

Select the Cog icon.

Select the toggle to enable or disable permissions. (Blue is on, grey is off).
Team member permissions:

View - Allows the Team member to view the contents of the board.

Edit - Allows the Team member to edit the contents of the board.

Admin - Allows the Team member to perform Administrator actions on the board, such as inviting and approving new members, or controlling board configuration options.

Comment - Allows the Team member to use the comments feature on the board.
You can also configure permissions for all Team members at once. For example, you would like to make sure commenting is enabled for all Team members on the board.
To set permissions for everyone on the board:

Open the Team configuration options by selecting the profile pictures of Team members at the top of the Board.

Select Everyone to expand this section.

Select the toggle to enable or disable permissions. (Blue is on, grey is off).
Board wide permissions:

Everyone can preview - Allows every Team member to preview the board.

Everyone can view - Allows every Team member to view the board.

Everyone can copy - Allows every Team member to make a copy of the board.

Comment - Allows every Team member to use the comments feature on the board.
