Understanding Boards

Boards contain pages that can have a collection of cards which can be organised to fit your structure of work.

A board is the basis of all of your work within Simana. Boards are projects, programmes, reports or dashboards.
To understand the layout more, below we have broken down each element of a board:

Boards:
Boards are the top level of your work, creating a board is the first step to starting your work.

Page:
A page is an area of your board, for example you could have a page for your project charter, a page for your driver diagram etc.

Card:
A card is a section of your page that contains details of your board for example, an SPC chart, your driver diagram, your PDSA’s.

You will be able to choose your cards from the card templates available to you.
