Follow content

Follow cards, spaces and more to receive updates on content that is relevant to you in your inbox.

Stay updated and never miss important updates with the "Follow" feature. By following content such as Cards or Boards, you'll receive notifications for any comments directly in your inbox. This ensures you can easily manage and prioritise workloads that matter most to you.

Follow

To Follow content:

1. Select the card or board that you want to follow.
2. Select Follow.
3. The content you are following will now also appear in your Inbox

Follow options

When you follow content, you will receive notifications for all comments by default. You can configure the notifications you would like to receive on this content by select the down arrow on the Following button.

Options:

• All new posts - Receive notification for all comments.
• Mentions - Receive notifications for comments where you have been @mentioned.
• No notifications - Mute all comment notifications. The content you are following will still appear in your Inbox.

Unfollow

To Unfollow content:

1. Select the Following button to unfollow content.
2. You can also unfollow content directly in your Inbox.

Inbox

Content that you follow appears in your Inbox. From this location, you can see all mentions and notifications that are relevant to you within Simana.
