Inbox

Use your inbox to see all of your @mentions and content you follow in one place. Quickly respond comments and navigate directly to cards where your attention is required.

 

When you are mentioned in a comment in Simana, you will receive a notification in your Inbox! This will notification will be indicated by a red circle with a number in it, which represents the number of mentions you've received throughout Simana. Content that you follow such as Boards or Cards also appear in your inbox. 

Navigating your inbox:

  1. Select Inbox from the navigation panel on the left hand side of your page.
  2. Under the Inbox heading, you will see the list of mentions (notifications) you have received along side content that you follow. Each item in this list will display:
    1. The name of the card or space you've been mentioned in or follow. (Important project)
    2. Where the card or space is located. (Group A > Chart 1)
  3. Notifications which you have not viewed yet will have a red circle with a number in it, which represents the number of notifications you've received for that particular area.
  4. Select a notification from the list to see more information. From here, you will be able to see:
    1. Who mentioned you in the comment.
    2. An image of the card where the comment was added.
    3. A button which will take you to where the card is located in Simana. (Go to this card)
    4. A text input field for you to respond or react to, directly from your Inbox.
